The Looking Fine By Redesign team provides Online Home Staging solutions to clients from coast to coast. Why did we develop this unique alternative to the traditional in-home consultation and staging? After staging homes in the Cleveland and surrounding areas in Ohio for a number of years and realizing that many homeowners wanted to have their homes staged but were feeling the pinch of the economy, we strived to find a way to make home staging affordable and convenient to their demanding schedules. We surveyed our client base and learned that an online home staging solution would be a welcomed alternative.
The art of staging isn't something that comes naturally to everyone. While many real estate agents offer staging advice and tip sheets to their clients, we soon learned that most homeowners couldn't view their home objectively, let alone stage it effectively without some guidance from a home staging professional. We are passionate about doing our part to not only help homeowners with the task of staging their homes for sale, but felt that we were doing something positive to revive the real estate market as staging is a valuable marketing tool.
